Yezdan Kanaat has been assigned as the Group Vice President in charge of Real Estate Development, while Barış Saysel has been assigned as the Group Vice President in charge of Projects.

With its expertise in the sector, Polat Real Estate, among the well-established and reliable companies in Turkey, continues to give momentum to its operations by expanding its strong team day by day. Yezdan Kanaat has been assigned as the Group Vice President in charge of Real Estate Development within Polat Real Estate, and Barış Saysel has been assigned as the Group Vice President in charge of Projects.

Yezdan Kanaat, assigned as the Executive Board Member in charge of Real Estate Development within Polat Real Estate, completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul Technical University's Faculty of Architecture. Having also completed his Executive MBA education at the same university, Yezdan Kanaat started his career in the construction sector in 1998. With 25 years of experience in the sector, Kanaat has held top-level management positions in real estate development and project development in leading companies in Turkey throughout his career.

Barış Saysel, assigned as the Executive Board Member in charge of Projects within Polat Real Estate, started his career in the construction sector in 1992 and has over 30 years of experience in the field. Completing his undergraduate education in the Department of Civil Engineering at Yıldız Technical University, Saysel specialized in project management and international construction contracts throughout his career. He has held various top-level managerial positions in both domestic and international implementation and development within major contracting companies.

Yezdan Kanaat, who took on the role of Group Vice President in charge of Real Estate Development within Polat Real Estate, as of November 2023, and Barış Saysel, who assumed the position of Group Vice President in charge of Projects, as of October 2023, have begun their new roles.
